Flat fees 45€/month labor advisory services (1 employee included) and 12€/month rate per employee and, because your growth is rewarded, from 10 employees onwards you can access the mini rate of 9€/month per employee.
Registration and deregistration of workers:
- Processing of registrations, cancellations and variations of workers in the General Regime of the Social Security and RETA.
- Preparation of employment contracts, according to official models, in all contractual modalities.
- Registration of employment contracts with the State Public Employment Service.
- Preparation of settlements and company certificates.
Employee payroll management:
- Preparation of your employees’ pay slips
- Personal income tax calculations for employees, according to family situation and income.
Management and procedures with social security:
- Preparation of Contribution Settlement Receipts and Nominal List of Workers (former TC1/TC2).
- Quarterly preparation of the payment on account of Personal Income Tax withholdings (model 111) and the annual summary of Personal Income Tax withholdings (model 190).
- Negotiations with the General Treasury of the Social Security (TGSS) and the Public Employment Service (SEPE).
- Management of temporary incapacity and work accident reports.
- Access to the available labor information of your business whenever you need it in the cloud, accessing your personal area that we provide you, from any device and place.
